Key differences
Section titled “Key differences”- Members can view submissions and manage forms and integrations, but cannot change workspace settings or manage team members.
- Developers have the same permissions as members, but cannot see submissions that have been hidden by owners or admins.
Inviting members
Section titled “Inviting members”- Open your workspace settings.
- Find the Workspace settings section.
- Click Invite Member (or Invite Owner if you’re a developer).
- Enter their email and select a role.
The invited user will receive an email with a link to join the workspace.
Client workspaces
Section titled “Client workspaces”A common pattern for agencies:
- Create a workspace for your client.
- Set up their forms and integrations.
- Invite the client with the Owner role later.
- If the client upgrades their plan, you earn a percentage of the sale (WIP).
This lets you set up everything quickly and then hand it off to the client without needing to manage billing or access long-term.
